The Supper Fold welcomes pitches and contributions about cooking well in a compact kitchen. Send proposals through the Contact page, choosing the editorial option and including enough detail for us to understand the piece.
Topics that fit
We are interested in focused, evergreen ideas about small-kitchen prep, adaptable pantry cooking, one-pan meals, compact tools, and modest advance preparation. A useful piece explains the problem it addresses and why its approach helps when workspace or equipment is limited.
A strong pitch
Tell us the working title, central idea, intended reader, likely structure, and what makes the piece distinct from existing coverage. Include relevant experience or sources that inform your proposal, but do not send unpublished work that contains private or confidential information.
Clear and usable writing
Contributions should use plain English, explain unfamiliar cooking terms, and make the reasons for each important step understandable. Avoid unsupported claims, promotional copy, and instructions that assume specialist equipment without offering a reasonable alternative.
Sending a proposal
Use the Contact page to send a pitch or ask an editorial question. A proposal is not a promise of publication, and we may discuss scope, edits, attribution, or other terms before accepting a contribution.
